Booking Terms and Conditions

 
Deposits Payments
A non-refundable credit card payment of $100 representing part payment of your 50% deposit is payable when you make your booking. On receipt of the initial $100 payment, written verification of the booking will be forwarded. The full deposit of 50% of the total booking is payable within seven (7) days. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of your booking, the booking may be cancelled without notice. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.
 
Balance Payments
The balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival the balance is payable immediately. Failure to send the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking. If full payment is not received prior to arrival date on any tour or holiday, no person will be entitled to receive any services relating to that tour or holiday and any prepaid monies will be forfeited.
 
Payment Methods
Our preferred payment method is direct deposit into our bank account. Details and the reference you must use on your payment can be found on your booking confirmation/invoice. Other payment methods are by credit card; we accept Visa and MasterCard. For credit card payments, a signed authority must be completed on the front of this invoice and faxed to us accompanied by a photocopy of your credit card or driver’s license to prove that you are the card holder. This action is to protect the security of the payment made to On Snow Reservations and prevent anyone being able to use your card without your authority with On Snow Reservations. Once these details are sighted and we are satisfied that you are the card holder, they will be destroyed for your security. We do not treat this matter lightly; please do not hesitate to discuss with us the security of your details.
 
Amendments
All changes to the original booking, once deposit has been received, will attract a $55 amendment fee per change to cover the cost of administering amendments.
 
Cancellations
All cancellations must be advised in writing or by fax and will only be accepted by the person who made the booking. If cancellation is notified sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival date, a refund of any deposit will be made less a cancellation fee of $100 per person. Any cancellation policy belonging to any supplier will take precedence over the above cancellation policy if the cancellation penalty is greater than $100 per person. If cancellation is less than sixty (60) days notice from date of arrival, all moneys paid are forfeited and no refund or credit will apply. Please note a change of dates is considered a cancellation and may attract cancellation fees.
 
Refunds
Refunds where applicable will only be made to the person who made the payment. Refunds will not be given on no shows, or any components of a prepaid package (accommodation, lift passes, ski hire, meals etc.) which are not utilized.
 
Dishonoured Cheques
All dishonoured cheques will incur a fee of $40.
 
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against loss of personal belongings and public liability. For a free quote and to obtain your policy, please follow the Ski Insurance links on our website. Please note: It is your responsibility to read and understand what the policy covers you for. 
 
Apartment Bookings
Credit Card Bond and Conditions
All bookings into self-contained apartments will attract a credit card bond at the key collection point. This will be applied to any damage, breakages or loss to the property including lock and key replacements. This will also be applied to any additional costs of cleaning the premises if they are not left in good condition. All breakages must be compensated and the agent has a right to inspect the property at any time during your occupancy. Should your party exceed the numbers booked you are liable for immediate eviction.
 
Vouchers
Please bring all vouchers with you. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable and non-transferable. If vouchers are left behind, you will be charged for replacement tickets/ski hire etc. Refunds will ONLY be given on return of original vouchers to On Snow Reservations.
 
Snow Conditions
Under no condition can On Snow Reservations be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No holiday package can be recompensed on the basis of snow conditions. Insurance will not cover a cancellation on the basis of weather conditions.
 
Responsibility
Neither On Snow Reservations nor anyone on its behalf shall be liable for any costs, loss of deposits and payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans, death, loss, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or delay which may occur during a tour or holiday however arising out of or in connection with any such accommodation, transportation or services. On Snow Reservations does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses whether arising directly, incidentally, or consequentially due to delay, death, illness, strike, civil disturbance, machinery failure, acts of government or other authorities, acts of God, or any causes beyond its control. On Snow Reservations reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation according to circumstances outside of our control. Prices, services and conditions are based on the situation at the time of printing but can be subject to change without notice at the proprietor's absolute discretion. On Snow Reservations shall not be held responsible for any unread literature provided to you regarding your booking.
 
Package Inclusions and Confirmations
These are set out on our website and other literature you may receive from us. It is your responsibility to read and understand all literature provided by On Snow Reservations related to your booking. No allowance or refund can be made for meals, accommodation, transportation or any other package inclusion that you may not use. 

All details contained in our literature were correct at time of printing. The right is reserved to vary any price or detail at any time without incurring liabilities.
